📋 Description

• Serve as the first sales touchpoint for inbound and outbound leads • Book qualified meetings from inbound and outbound sources and own a monthly meeting quota • Make high-volume outbound calls to event-organizer prospect lists • Respond quickly to inbound leads through calls, live chat, form submissions, and email replies • Run multichannel outreach using phone, email, and messaging • Qualify prospects by learning their event needs, timelines, and fit for Eventeny • Hand off booked meetings to the Software Sales Specialist with complete notes • Handle replies from AI-driven outreach and follow up on highly engaged leads • Maintain HubSpot records for every call, conversation, and next step • Share prospect feedback with the Eventeny team to improve messaging, targeting, and the product • Travel occasionally for conferences and business development efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, customer-facing, or call center roles • Eagerness to make a high volume of cold calls every day • Excellent verbal communication skills on phone and video • Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn and grow • Self-starter who is persistent, resilient, and motivated to set and achieve goals • Commitment to customer empathy and ethical business practices • Growth experiment mindset and ability to test and refine processes based on results • Ability to juggle outbound call blocks alongside inbound leads • Comfortable using CRM and virtual dialer tools such as HubSpot and JustCall • Experience in SaaS or event technology industries is an added plus • Prior experience in shift-based or support coverage roles is an added plus
