• Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels in Salesforce. • Distribute leads promptly to the appropriate sales representatives or regional teams based on assignment rules and SLAs. • Monitor lead follow-up activity and provide regular reports on response times and lead conversion. • Maintain lead quality and data hygiene across the CRM. • Support opportunity creation, account ownership updates, and territory alignment. • Help implement and optimize workflows to improve sales efficiency and data accuracy. • Coordinate with the Global Demand Center to ensure lead flow aligns with marketing campaigns and regional priorities. • Help produce regular performance and forecast reports for leadership. • Troubleshoot data and process issues as needed. • Produce quotes as required
• 2+ years’ experience in sales administration, sales operations, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. • Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration. • Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene. • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. • Fluency in English
