📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain OMS applications supporting end-to-end retail and e-commerce order processing • Develop and customize order management workflows covering order capture, validation, sourcing, allocation, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and refunds • Build and maintain integrations between OMS and e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping or fulfillment applications • Develop APIs, services, and interfaces to support seamless data exchange between enterprise applications • Implement and support payment-related workflows, including payment authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, voids, and payment status reconciliation • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to improve system reliability • Optimize application performance, data processing, and order transaction flows • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, deployment activities, and release support • Maintain technical documentation and follow established development standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and customizing Order Management System (OMS) solutions • Good understanding of retail and e-commerce order lifecycles, including order capture, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and refunds • Experience with backend development, APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations • Strong programming and debugging skills in the technologies relevant to the client's OMS platform • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, database queries, and SQL • Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and support production environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
