📋 Description

• Lead strategy for paid social and test and learn roadmap • Manage paid media campaigns on Meta and Tiktok • Manage all paid asset briefs and creative • Identify key insights through regular analyses of campaigns • Scale our new TikTok program and identify key optimization opportunities • Recruit content creators and micro influencers • Develop and track influencer analytics • Manage briefs and recruitment playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in paid social (Meta and Tiktok) campaign management • Proven campaign management against CAC and ROAS targets • Creative and analytical: creative concepting and asset creation expertise • Some experience in influencer marketing as a growth channel • Familiarity with influencer recruitment platforms like Aspire and Tiktok creator marketplace • Experience with organic social data tracking on platforms like Sprout Social, Dash Hudson etc. • Comfort spinning up content to post on social is a plus
