📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements • Translate requirements into Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and functional specifications • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and coordination • Manage Agile delivery using JIRA, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, story refinement, progress tracking, and ceremonies • Coordinate communication and alignment among Business, Product, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams • Support data integration, ETL/ELT, cloud data platform, reporting, and analytics initiatives • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect management, release planning, deployment readiness, and Hypercare support • Monitor project health through status reporting, dashboards, executive communications, and risk and issue management • Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, governance artifacts, and SDLC deliverables • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, Agile practices, and project governance • Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and promote knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting technology or data initiatives • Experience gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into actionable technical deliverables • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within Agile/Scrum environments • Hands-on experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, issue tracking, reporting, and Agile delivery • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Working knowledge of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, cloud data platforms, APIs, SQL, and reporting solutions • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail • Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Commercialization industry preferred • Familiarity with Snowflake, GBQ, dbt, Qlik, AWS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred • PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CBAP, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with regulated environments, compliance, data privacy, and healthcare/pharmaceutical business processes preferred • Ability to work 8am–5pm local time, Monday through Friday • Travel under 5%
