• Lead analytics initiatives for a functional area and ensure alignment with goals • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses with actionable insights • Manage, review, and ensure accuracy of actuarial or financial models supporting gainshare and ROI arrangements and forecasting • Present insights to mid-level stakeholders and translate data into business context • Influence decisions through clear, data-driven recommendations • Support adoption of automation, modeling, and visualization tools across projects • Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and outputs • Lead and develop team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts • Promote collaboration and prioritize team deliverables • Research, create proof of concepts, and introduce new methods • Guide others through technical issues, project impediments, and conflicts • Own a relevant segment of business systems and related KPIs • Improve team processes and guide teams through process changes
• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of healthcare analytics experience • Strong technical expertise in analytics technologies and visualization tools, including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, and relevant ecosystems • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, focused on scalability and performance optimization • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels • Proven track record of fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that drives innovation and productivity • 2+ years in a team leadership role preferred • Experience with value-based analyses or Medicaid preferred • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, or actuarial analyses preferred • Ability to excel in a highly matrixed environment and adapt to change • Preferred education: bachelor’s degree with a quantitative, healthcare, or technology focus • Preferred certification: Associate of the Society of Actuaries or progress toward Associate of the Society of Actuaries • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • For call center employees, ability to plug directly into the home internet router • Government-issued photo ID submission for identity verification • Comprehensive background check and in-person I-9 verification before employment • May be subject to drug screening before employment • Artificial intelligence tools prohibited during interviews
