📋 Description

• Perform assigned front-line, day-to-day work • Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross trainees, and existing team members requiring additional support • Coordinate completion of cross-training through communication and scheduling with designated trainees • Provide subject matter expertise to support continuous improvement projects • Support leads and supervisors in diagnosing and improving team member performance • Conduct continued training for new employees after introductory training is completed • Contribute to department workflow while performing critical front-line work

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age • High school diploma / GED required • Must have Pharmacy Technician experience • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate • Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state residing and obtain the New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license within 6-months of hire • Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed, including evenings or weekends • Ability to perform in an office based (or remote) setting requiring sitting at a desk 90% of the time • Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis • Applicants must be eligible to work in this country
