📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance reviews of information, correspondence and files • Ensure all cases contain correct information for the examination process • Audit files to verify client instructions and specifications are followed • Complete and ensure examination fees are quoted daily according to company practices • Ensure the appropriate board specialty receives cases according to client specifications and state mandates • Assist with data entry of billing information • Notify management of case issues or concerns requiring attention • Follow HIPAA compliance practices, state and federal safety standards, and legal regulations • Call physicians for invoices • Assist with mail as needed • Assist with scanning documents • Assist the customer service team and provide overall support to the Customer Service Department

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Medicare knowledge or experience a PLUS • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet • Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation and style • Accuracy and thoroughness • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to demonstrate and promote a positive team-oriented environment • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern time zone
