📋 Description

• Act as a strategic HR partner to US business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes • Drive employee relations initiatives, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with US labor laws • Support performance management cycles, goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives • Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning, hiring strategy, and succession planning • Ensure compliance with US employment laws including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and state-specific regulations • Support compensation planning, promotions, role changes, and workforce restructuring activities • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends • Drive employee engagement programs, DEI initiatives, and organizational culture activities for US teams • Collaborate with global HR teams to align policies, processes, and HR initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience • At least 4+ years supporting US HR operations • Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations • Experience working as an HRBP in IT / Consulting / Technology services environment • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work independently in US time zones • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and dashboards
