📋 Description

• Drive and execute the migration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform from Salesforce to Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) • Lead the end-to-end migration of IAM services from Salesforce to Azure AD • Design secure, scalable IAM architecture aligned with security, compliance, and organizational standards. • Ensure seamless integration of Azure AD with enterprise applications and optimize authentication and authorization flows • Implement identity governance, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security controls • Collaborate with business, IT, and cybersecurity teams to gather requirements and deliver updates • Provide expert-level troubleshooting during migration and stabilization phases. • Maintain thorough technical documentation covering architecture, processes, configurations, and operational guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory • Working knowledge of Salesforce IAM • Solid understanding of identity protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, OpenID Connect • Expertise in cloud security and IAM best practices. • Demonstrated experience leading IAM migration projects • Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, RBAC, identity governance, and cloud security practices • Proven capability to lead technical teams, manage deliverables, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification preferred • Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer certification preferred
