📋 Description

• Develop and lead a cross-functional project planning process from discovery and intake through execution • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and align projects with marketing objectives • Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address risks and issues • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle • Guide decision-making with business partners to achieve project objectives • Manage team capacity and make data-driven trade-offs across the project pipeline • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency • Advise on project risks and lead mitigation strategies • Promote visibility into project status, spend, priorities, and resource allocation • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing campaigns that engage fans, drive attendance, and enhance brand awareness • Oversee campaign execution according to timelines, brand guidelines, and legal requirements • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics • Iterate and scale systems and projects for the league's global needs • Maintain relationships with marketing, communications, events, and sponsorship stakeholders • Collaborate with external partners, sponsors, and vendors • Provide regular project updates and support presentation materials for leadership • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements • Stay current with sports marketing trends, technologies, and best practices • Manage project budgets, expenditures, and cost-effectiveness • Allocate and optimize resources • Liaise with procurement teams to source vendors and negotiate contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a marketing or tech-related environment • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront project management • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and brand management • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment • Understanding project-specific technologies and tools depending on the industry • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the global sports industry • Project Management Professional (PMP) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall practices, including pragmatic blending of styles • Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills with attention to detail
