📋 Description

• Own one of exmox's highest-impact product domains end-to-end, shaping the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, promotions, and other profitability levers • Drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding experiences, streaks, quests, progression systems, reactivation flows, and lifecycle initiatives • Take growth opportunities from first hypothesis to go/no-go decision across product, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution • Lead experimentation by defining hypotheses, designing statistically sound A/B tests, interpreting results, and making data-driven product decisions • Partner with a dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities, validate assumptions, and improve product performance • Work with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver product improvements • Represent the product domain to leadership using data, customer insights, and business context to influence strategic decisions • Grow into mentoring other product managers and potentially leading a product team as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products • Experience ideally within mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or other high-growth B2C businesses • Experience owning consumer products at scale, with hundreds of thousands of monthly active users or more • Ability to balance user needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints • Experience designing incentive, reward, or progression mechanics and calibrating them to motivate users without eroding margin • Extensive experience running A/B tests, defining hypotheses, interpreting data, and making evidence-based product decisions • Statistical thinking and comfort working with product metrics • Experience collaborating with analysts to uncover insights, measure success, and prioritize opportunities • Ability to define product strategy while remaining involved in execution, including writing specifications, refining solutions, reviewing experiment results, and driving delivery • Ability to build partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership • Comfort working in ambiguity, taking ownership without waiting for direction, and thriving in fast-moving environments
