📋 Description

• Own the entire patient journey end to end—from physician prescription through onboarding and active therapy to sustained use • Apply habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustained use • Take end-to-end ownership of therapy apps in urology and gynecology • Treat ratings, app store presence, and ASO as key product levers, and optimize the funnel from impression to activation • Develop the therapy platform from good to best-in-class • Use AI as a means to an end in both your work and the product

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps • Understanding of the technical realities of iOS and Android • Experience using AI and the ability to identify hallucinations • Support decisions with analytics and experiments • Fluent in German and English • Drive topics proactively and involve others • Understanding of what a great, beautiful, and functional product needs to look like in 2026 • Nice to have: experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products, or a genuine passion for them
