📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and further develop the overall test management for LOTTO Niedersachsen’s digital sales • Design and continuously improve test strategies, processes and methods with a focus on end-to-end process and scenario testing across complete customer journeys in digital sales • Enhance and leverage existing test management and test automation tools in close collaboration with external and internal development and QA teams • Ensure software quality through structured test planning, execution, documentation and analysis, and communicate the quality status transparently to stakeholders • Coordinate functional test activities for the respective releases, including aligning user acceptance tests with business units and customer management • Analyze defects and test results and derive sustainable measures to improve quality • Establish and advance best practices in software testing and continuously improve test processes

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or a vocational IT qualification with very good results • Professional experience in software testing and/or test management, ideally in the digital or e‑commerce sector • Experience working with common test management tools and, ideally, with test automation • Strong interest in software testing and enthusiasm for engaging deeply with quality aspects and test processes • Ideally certifications in software testing, e.g. ISTQB or similar • Analytical mindset and an independent, careful working style • Confident and respectful communication with stakeholders, internal business units, external service providers and within the team • High level of commitment and ability to work independently
