📋 Description

• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions, market practices, and business needs • Analyze market and economic trends and recommend updates to compensation programs • Use AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, processes, and workforce insights • Evaluate new and revised roles and recommend salary grades within the company's job structure • Help plan and administer base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs • Monitor federal, state, and local compensation requirements, including wage and hour and equal pay regulations • Develop compensation training and communication materials for HR teams and people managers • Partner with the Global Total Rewards team on company-wide compensation and rewards programs • Report to the Senior Compensation Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of compensation or comparable experience, including market analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, and stakeholder consultation • Experience using AI-powered productivity, analytics, or research tools to analyze data and support recommendations • Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour and equal pay regulations • Experience presenting compensation analysis and recommendations to multiple levels of management • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Experience using HR or compensation systems
