• Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates. • Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to transfer enforce policies. • Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications. • Review client transfer forms to ensure completion and required agent codes are included. • Maintain and update department process manual. • Perform other duties pertaining to the Client Services department requested by your immediate manager.
• Prior experience in office administration is required. • Professional proficiency in French and English is required. • Background in an IMO or insurance sector is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across all channels. • Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport while explaining complex information. • Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments. • Technically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, maintaining a positive and proactive approach. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to accuracy and attention to detail. • Demonstrates accountability, ownership of responsibilities, and openness to feedback. • Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.
