• Build strong relationships with the sales team and assist with licensing and contracting inquiries • Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, state and company guidelines • Review licensing documents to ensure compliance with company as well as state regulations • Propose improvements for processes and technology • Complete additional tasks related to the contracting department as assigned by your manager
• Previous experience in office administration or contracting/licensing is a strong asset • Experience with SureLC is a strong asset • Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively • Effective problem-solving and investigative skills • Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via phone and email interactions • Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems • Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude • Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback • Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.
