• Provide commissioning services to public and private sector clients across North America • Review owner project requirements • Perform design reviews • Develop commissioning specifications • Create commissioning plans, checklists, and tests • Perform field visits and observe commissioning tests • Work with contractors in the field to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing • Write field reports and final reports • Create Systems Manuals
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and/or building automation system check-out • Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience • EIT Certification preferred • Ability to travel locally and out of state to client sites
