📋 Description

• Serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound care decision makers • Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products • Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings • Deliver business growth through account and territory management • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians through inservicing and product training • Build and maintain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to grow therapy adoption and support new product introductions • Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Demonstrate proficiency after completing the sales training program • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of sales and/or clinical experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Up to 20% overnight travel anticipated • Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment • Prior wound care or medical device sales experience • Experience establishing customer relationships with key influencers • Experience in territory management and business planning • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers • Customer-focused selling and closing experience • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce • Experience with new product introductions and value analysis processes • Outstanding data and analytical skills
