📋 Description

• The Senior Associate – Organizational Effectiveness Support role will operate as an extension of the onshore Canada Organizational Effectiveness team within Talent Development. • Support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives while providing operational, administrative, and coordination support. • Develop high-quality presentations, synthesize information into insights, and maintain trackers and reports. • Coordinate logistics and documentation, support stakeholder follow-ups, and ensure deliverables are accurate and client-ready. • Combine strong PowerPoint storytelling with advanced Excel capabilities to support decision-making across Canadian time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Communications, Commerce or a related discipline required. • Experience supporting Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, learning deployment administration, change, communications, HR projects or business operations in a professional services or corporate environment. • Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint presentations, working with Excel-based reporting or analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders across geographies and time zones. • Prior experience with learning coordination, program administration, learner communications, reporting, scheduling, documentation or deployment operations would be preferred.
