• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the international remittances and payments industry across key regions. • Design and implement effective lead generation strategies. • Create tailored presentations to communicate Remitee’s value proposition to prospective clients. • Support active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships. • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships. • Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Treasury teams to ensure proper client onboarding and service execution. • Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service improvements. • Use analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to generate reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within fintech, payments, banking or digital wallets industries (preferred) • Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the U.S. is a plus • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Power BI and SQL • Advanced English required
