• Identify new customers and proactively generate outbound leads through polite cold outreach • Support the development of sales pitches and proposals • Independently acquire enterprise clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) • Advise new clients on potential use cases for our digital health messenger • Manage RFP/tender processes in collaboration with partner organizations • Responsible for organizing, preparing, and evaluating proposals, as well as negotiating contracts • Manage sales partnerships and maintain the network with clients and partners
• Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in a SaaS or HealthTech environment • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals • Confident in using sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) • Fluent in German and English, including negotiation-level proficiency • Technical understanding and the ability to work independently • Degree or vocational training in business administration or health economics is a plus
