📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Java microservices, following software architecture and design best practices • Implement and integrate messaging solutions (asynchronous and event-driven) • Design and consume REST APIs and domain events • Contribute to technical specifications of solutions, including architectural decisions • Implement observability practices (logging, metrics, and tracing) • Identify and fix performance, concurrency, and scalability issues • Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced developers • Ensure compliance with security standards, versioning, and service governance

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture (especially Hexagonal architecture) • Knowledge of unit testing (Jest/JUnit) and code coverage with SonarQube • Experience with API Gateways (Sensedia, Nginx) • Java with Spring Boot (Java 8, 11, 12, 17, 21) • Experience with messaging services (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Familiarity with mainstream databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) • Cloud experience (AWS) and related services (EKS, ECS/EC2, Amazon RDS, DynamoDB) • Knowledge of Design Patterns • Knowledge of cryptography (AES-256) and/or hashing; JWT experience is also relevant • Familiarity with GTM (Google Tag Manager) • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous requests and request queuing • Experience with authentication using Azure AD • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Pod scaling, provisioning, and configuration of orchestrated machines) • Knowledge of Kustomize, YAML files, and CI/CD pipelines in GitLab • Experience with GitLab and best practices • Experience integrating multiple systems • Knowledge of System Design • Basic knowledge of observability and application monitoring (examples: Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace) • Basic knowledge of taxonomy (SKUs, TTL, etc.) • Familiarity with Kanban, Scrum, Kanbanize • Experience with AI-assisted development and automation using tools such as Cursor • Knowledge of productivity acceleration practices and code organization using AI-driven development practices • Analytical, proactive, and dynamic profile, able to adapt to complex problems and issues • Problem-solving oriented and team-mentoring profile • Clear and assertive verbal and written communication skills
