📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for Delivery Partners and Trash Service Partners • Determine recruitment channels, recruitment spending, and market-specific allocation • Own funnel health metrics and improve conversion, cost, and activation outcomes • Own sustained network fill rates and address coverage risks with Operations leadership • Optimize onboarding and recruitment workflows and lead multi-channel communications • Improve the full service partner experience from application through ongoing work • Partner with Operations leadership to identify fill-related root causes and develop recovery plans • Create feedback loops to evaluate and improve the Delivery Partner experience and report findings to leadership • Conduct root-cause analysis and build durable fixes when conversion, fill, or retention declines • Lead, coach, and develop specialists reporting to this role

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and expertise sufficient to own partner sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategy across all markets • Ability to manage recruitment spend and localize strategy market by market • Ability to own and analyze funnel metrics, including application volume, conversion rate, cost per applicant, cost per activation, and time to first block • Ability to optimize technical workflows and screening processes • Strong critical-thinking and root-cause-analysis skills • Ability to lead, coach, and develop reporting specialists
