📋 Description

• Gather, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to scope analyses • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences • Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical testing, including A/B test design and evaluation • Write and optimize SQL queries against large, complex datasets • Develop repeatable, documented analytics workflows • Monitor business and product metrics, flag anomalies, and investigate root causes • Champion applied AI by sharing techniques, prompting strategies, and lessons learned across FICO • Coach colleagues on effective and responsible use of AI tools • Document analytics methodologies and AI-assisted workflow best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role • Experience ideally within financial services, technology, or another data-intensive industry • Strong proficiency in SQL • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Solid grounding in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design • Hands-on experience with LLM-based assistants, AI coding copilots, or AI-powered analytics platforms • Interest in staying current with evolving AI tooling and applying it to analytical work • Experience with large or complex datasets • Comfort with relational databases and ideally big data or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, or BigQuery • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline • Exposure to machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, or data science and AI engineering teams is a plus
