• More than 10 years’ experience in B2B sales/distribution of industrial products, preferably in tools and/or HVAC/R products • At least 5 years’ experience leading or managing a B2B sales team • Proven track record of regularly achieving targets • Fluent in French with a strong command of English • Based in France and willing to travel frequently across the country • Experience and proven success with a structured sales process, including the use of a CRM system • Team player with an analytical mindset • Ability to make decisions in uncertain situations • Structured, autonomous and thriving in a dynamic environment.
