📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the company • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models • Build AI-driven applications and tools integrating machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision • Clean, transform, and augment structured and unstructured data and implement feature extraction • Gather business requirements and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions • Deploy AI models to production using cloud infrastructure, containerization, and MLOps practices • Monitor model performance, analyze drift, and retrain models proactively • Apply fairness-aware algorithms, explainability techniques, and bias detection methods • Research AI trends, academic papers, emerging technologies, and industry best practices • Create technical documentation, guides, tutorials, presentations, and training materials • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Chief Data Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models • Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar machine learning frameworks • Proficiency in Python, R, or Julia • Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API integration • Understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and other AI subfields • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions • Excellent communication skills for explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with large datasets and data pipelines • Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications • Computer Science, Information Security, Management of Information Systems, or related field preferred
