• 8+ years overall HR experience, with 3–4 years people partnering with Engineering & Product Leadership (C level, and their -1s) • Track record of driving culture change initiatives in a product-led environment • Experience in raising performance standards in high-growth, culturally diverse organizations (ideally fintech/tech) • Strong knowledge of European employment frameworks and cultural nuances • Product-minded problem solver: nimble, commercially aware, and focused on outcomes over process • Exceptional communicator & coach, confident in building trust with senior stakeholders and holding your ground on tough calls • Bonus Points: Hands-on curiosity about AI and automation (e.g. Slack workflows, Notion AI, Lovable or similar tools) • Experience working with Eastern European teams
