• Oversee small-scale projects or phases of larger projects • Coordinate project team activities, resources, and schedules • Define system scope, project objectives, team roles, and functions • Assist with project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation • Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups • Prepare project documentation, including training and process materials • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies • Escalate risks or delays as needed • Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices • Perform duties outside normal work hours based on business needs
• BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience • 4–6 years of directly related experience • PMP certification desirable • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Proficiency with project management tools, reporting, and status tracking • Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects, budgets, and competing priorities • Effective meeting facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and resolve issues proactively • Familiarity with current technologies and their application to project delivery and business objectives
