📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one executive function coaching on time management, task initiation, planning, and self-monitoring • Meet regularly with assigned students over video to address academic challenges, build routines, and problem-solve • Run small-group sessions on study skills, organization, and academic habits • Collaborate with academic guides and athletic coaches to provide consistent student support • Send parents regular updates on strategies, progress, and growth areas • Help students set up and navigate learning platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with students who have ADHD or executive function challenges, with specific examples of helping them build lasting skills • Experience building and adapting routines and systems with students • Strong listening and communication skills; ability to adjust approach and explain strategies to parents and staff in plain language • Comfortable working in a competitive youth athletics environment • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field • Must be based remotely in the United States • Bonus: Virtual experience coaching, tutoring, or supporting students • Bonus: Executive function certification or training • Bonus: Personal or professional background in competitive athletics • Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish ability
