📋 Description

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact application and production support issues • Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support upgrades, enhancements, and defect remediation • Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to increase operational efficiency • Monitor application performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities • Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members • Support client implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational activities • Serve as a technical subject matter expert maintaining and optimizing complex application environments • Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Extensive experience in application support, production support, DevOps, or related technical disciplines • Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution in enterprise environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis • Experience working cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and business teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Advanced degree in a related field (preferred) • Experience supporting financial services or fintech applications (preferred) • Knowledge of automation tools, scripting, and process optimization methodologies (preferred) • Experience leading large-scale application support initiatives or projects (preferred) • Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and operational governance frameworks (preferred) • For positions located in the US, conditional offer recipients are required to undergo a drug test
