📋 Description

• Design enterprise-grade data pipelines with dbt Cloud • Work with sales to communicate the technical value of the dbt Labs product suite • Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations and facilitate dbt Cloud trials • Work with engineering to deploy dbt Cloud in private clouds for enterprise clients • Own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale evaluation through product adoption and expansion • Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap • Build relationships with partners including Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks, and enable them to adopt and implement dbt • Participate actively in the dbt community

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting in data operations, analytics, or BI • Solid technical background with experience in SQL, ETL, and data modeling • Firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment • Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-source software is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt is a nice-to-have • Experience with dimensional, data vault, Kimball, or 3NF data modeling methods is a nice-to-have • Experience with Informatica, Boomi, or Talend is a nice-to-have
