📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Small Business and/or Business Banking loans • Ensure credit structures remain appropriate and comply with Bank Credit Policy • Conduct periodic borrower performance reviews, analyzing repayment capacity, leverage, and key risk factors • Identify early warning signals and escalate issues • Recommend loan modifications, renewals, or restructuring when appropriate • Partner with SBCs and Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and support business development for companies up to $10MM in revenue • Engage with borrowers, attorneys, accountants, and external advisors to validate financial performance and address portfolio issues • Collaborate with Credit Officers and senior leaders on credit decisions • Track financial statements, tax returns, borrowing base certificates, guarantor information, and covenant compliance documentation • Monitor financial covenants, loan terms, portfolio risk trends, and exceptions • Ensure portfolio management activities comply with regulatory requirements • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Complete required compliance training and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of experience in credit analyst, portfolio management or commercial/consumer lending • Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit analysis techniques • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and financial research tools • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and innovative • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships • Ability to travel as needed • Moderate physical exertion and stamina, including standing, sitting, walking, driving, or infrequent lifting
