📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for independent and regional grocery prospects in your territory—from lead generation to signed agreement. • Develop and manage a robust pipeline in Hubspot, maintaining clean records and forecasting accuracy. • Leverage your existing network in the independent grocery industry to generate meetings and drive referrals. • Present Flashfood’s value proposition and platform to operations, marketing, and executive stakeholders. • Lead negotiations and proposal development, adapting deal structure based on partner needs. • Execute a value-based sales approach rooted in customer pain points and ROI. • Share partner feedback and market intelligence with internal teams to inform strategy and product roadmaps. • Adapt to shifting regional assignments based on market opportunities and demand.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, preferably in B2B grocery or foodtech sectors. • Existing network of relationships across operations, marketing, and leadership in the independent grocery space. • Experience navigating long or complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Highly skilled in phone-based and remote selling environments—you’re energized by inside sales.
