📋 Description

• Conduct quality control reviews of mortgage servicing activities, including: Customer service and complaint handling, Cash posting and payment application, Investor reporting, Escrow administration, Bankruptcy, Collection activities, Loss mitigation, Foreclosure, Property preservation and inspection activities, Claims processing • Review servicing practices for compliance with federal and state regulations, investor requirements, and company policies. • Identify defects, exceptions, trends, and control weaknesses; document findings and recommendations. • Maintain thorough documentation supporting all review conclusions and findings. • Prepare quality control reports and assist with remediation tracking. • Maintain current knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA servicing requirements. • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience including in depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, GNMA and Conventional guidelines • In depth knowledge of loan default, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and claims requirements • Understanding of Loan Servicing Standards as set forth by the CFPB (RESPA, TILA, etc.) • Knowledge of disclosures, TRID documents and other regulatory documentation applicable to residential servicing • Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Must present a professional image to represent Flat Branch at all times • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
