📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and integrate augmented reality and content lifecycle management solutions for aviation and aerospace manufacturing customers • Research and experiment with the latest techniques and practices for using AI to build software • Pilot AI usage and best practices across the organization • Integrate AI features and capabilities into software products • Consult with team members and customers to ensure project success • Understand requirements and estimate work timelines to manage deliverables • Employ Agile and Test Driven Development best practices • Write code to implement requirements in a TDD process • Refactor code to improve quality • Follow coding standards and technology best practices • Track work in JIRA or other task management software • Adhere to Quality Management System, Information Security Management System, and Privacy Information Management System requirements • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field • 5+ years of experience in developing software applications • Extensive experience using AI and its strengths and weaknesses • Knowledge of requirements gathering methods and tools • Programming experience with Java and JavaScript • Good conceptual understanding of Web Application Development Technologies • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming • Experience in a variety of languages • Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and continuous integration • Good understanding of Agile process • Must be a permanent resident or Canadian citizen • Knowledge of airline publishing specifications S1000D and ATA iSpec2200 is a plus
