📋 Description

• Build and integrate web applications, services, and tools as a full-stack developer • Use agentic AI tools such as Claude Code across design, building, testing, and deployment • Participate in Agile planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and improve development processes • Build and deploy reliable, performant web applications • Contribute to testing and automate testing with AI where valuable • Stay current with technologies and AI tools • Own tasks through timely completion and adherence to standards • Contribute to architecture discussions and suggest improvements • Conduct code reviews, including validation of AI-generated code • Troubleshoot development and production issues • Document technical designs and best practices • Participate in training and workshops • Suggest process improvements • Share knowledge with the team • Communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, focused on Java backend web applications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Java • Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices • Solid understanding of relational databases • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing concepts • Ability to develop clean, efficient code and address complex technical problems • Judgement to review and validate code produced with AI tools • Eagerness to keep learning and adapt to change • General AI literacy is a plus • Experience with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot is a plus but not required; training will be provided • Final candidates must complete a background check and identity verification
