📋 Description

• Handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and day-to-day bookkeeping for clients • Manage grant billing, grant compliance, and restricted funds • Perform month-end and account reconciliations • Assist with financial statement preparation and review • Contribute to budget strategies, performance metrics, and financial planning • Collaborate proactively with clients and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably including nonprofit organizations • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations, reporting, and analysis • Experience with month-end close, journal entries, general ledger review, and preparation of accurate financial statements • Understanding of nonprofit accounting principles, including restricted funds, grant tracking, and grant reporting requirements • Experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related internal controls
