📋 Description

• Prepare and review journal entries related to e-commerce expenses, including utilities, marketing, supplies, payroll, and other expenses • Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciling items • Analyze expense results, identify trends and variances, and provide explanations to management • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within established deadlines • Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements • Support accrual calculations and validation of financial data from various source systems • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions and new business initiatives • Support and assist with finance-related IT projects • Provide accounting support for ad hoc requests and new business activities • Perform other duties as required and assigned by management and upper management
