📋 Description

• Own accounts payable, including bill processing, weekly payment runs, AP reconciliation, and aged or negative item cleanup • Own cash and crypto reconciliations for every bank and wallet, Bill.com clearing account, restricted cash, and wire and stablecoin receipts • Own accounts receivable, including invoicing, AR tie-outs, customer statements, and DSO • Run the purchase order process, match POs to bills in Bill.com, hold bills without POs above the threshold, and track open POs and committed spend • Run collections, including follow-up, escalation to account owners, and reserves for balances over 60 days • Reconcile company cards and review transaction coding • Reconcile crypto accounts using Treasury statements • Own audit requests for AP, AR, cash, and crypto • Supervise the AP processor and protect vendor master data

🎯 Requirements

• CPA or CPA track • 4–8 years across public accounting and industry • Experience owning subledgers and reconciliations in NetSuite • Collections experience and a direct, professional tone with customers • Bill.com experience • Multi-entity exposure • Crypto or stablecoin accounting (nice to have) • Payments or fintech industry experience (nice to have) • Spanish or Portuguese (nice to have)
