📋 Description

• Responsible for proper billing, revenue, and reconciliation duties for assigned projects • Record project transactions according to GAAP revenue recognition guidelines and One10’s workflow • Work closely with Client Services Event Managers • Understand and apply One10 project accounting processes and practices • Propose project journal entries to manage project funds • Assist with month-end close activities, including reviewing project working capital summaries, project Profit & Loss/Balance Sheet statements, and Percent of Completion schedules • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses • Review processes and procedures and implement process improvements to strengthen revenue accounting efficiency • Answer account management questions related to client billing • Contribute to revenue and deferred revenue analyses • Participate in cross-training • Assist in improving month-end close cycle time • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field • 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in project accounting • CPA (active or inactive) preferred • Strong MS Excel skills (pivots, v/h-lookups, etc.) • Financial expertise in POC billing and GAAP ASC606 revenue recognition • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and analytic problem-solving skills • Strong organization and time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively • Experience with NetSuite preferred, as well as experience with project management applications/systems • Experience with efficient processes and the use of technology; accuracy is essential
