📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for Flexera’s FinOps portfolio, including Cloud Cost Optimization, Autonomous Workload Optimization, and Data Cloud Optimization • Help existing customers maximize product adoption through a consultative approach • Develop, document, and regularly refresh customer best practices • Create training and enablement content and collaborate with the Flexera Enablement team to publish it • Partner with sales representatives, solution engineers, success managers, solution value advisors, and other team members throughout the customer journey • Provide field insights to product management and engineering teams during the product development process • Run regular sessions and workshops with assigned customers to advise and coach them toward desired outcomes • Share expertise to help customers build cloud and FinOps skills and knowledge • Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights and advocate for features internally • Lead business reviews presenting cost savings, automation outcomes, and strategic recommendations • Travel up to 20% to engage customers, attend events, support customer success initiatives, and assist with renewals

🎯 Requirements

• FinOps consulting experience • Experience working with customers with large cloud spend to understand internal processes and organizational initiatives • Experience creating tailored paths to customer success • Experience running regular sessions and workshops with assigned customers • Experience advising and coaching customers toward desired outcomes • Experience helping customers build cloud and FinOps skills and knowledge • Experience with packaged FinOps products, custom-built products, or cloud-native tools from the major three cloud providers • Customer-centric mindset and dedication to customer success • Ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights • Ability to advocate internally for product features • FinOps Certified Practitioner certification • Cloud Practitioner certification is nice to have • FinOps Certified FOCUS Analyst certification is nice to have
