📋 Description

• Create and submit customs entries for high profile clients • Digitally prepare and submit all documentation required for goods to clear with CBSA • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBSA and Participating Government Agencies (PGA) regulations and procedures • Review and organize incoming documents to ensure compliance with CBSA and PGA reporting requirements • Provide customer service support to clients throughout their interactions with Flexport • Follow global customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements to ensure compliance with import and export requirements • Participate in training programs to enhance customs compliance knowledge and stay current on regulatory and industry changes • Work multiple available shifts

🎯 Requirements

• CCS Designation required/listed as a qualification • Good understanding of CARM • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Understanding of international trade and customs regulations; previous experience is a must • Familiarity with CBSA product classification and rulings • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Proficient computer skills, including G Suite applications • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customs practices and regulations • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and compliance • Compliance-first attitude • Multiple shifts may be available
