📋 Description

• Build and improve features in Flexspring's iPaaS product • Understand the customer problem each feature solves • Write backend and full stack code in Java and JavaScript • Work with APIs and data flowing between HR systems • Use modern tooling, including AI, and review its output before shipping • Write and run tests • Collaborate with experienced developers through code reviews and team discussions

🎯 Requirements

• You've already completed minimum one co-op term or have some relevant professional work experience • Currently studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Solid foundation in Java and/or JavaScript • Some exposure to Spring and JUnit; school projects count • Experience with or knowledge of APIs • Strong analytical thinking • Ability to learn unfamiliar technology, including AI tools, and critically review generated output • Curiosity, motivation, and enjoyment of investigating problems • Experience with REST APIs, React, GraphQL, Groovy, JMS, or SOAP is nice to have • Interest in integration platforms (iPaaS) is nice to have
