📋 Description

• Manage existing distributors and B2B partners, including distributors, marketplaces 1P and retail chains • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across target regions to expand the international distribution network • Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply conditions • Close agreements with new and existing partners • Manage contract execution, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related documentation • Ensure partners meet their commercial obligations • Calculate and monitor margins by partner and region to maintain healthy unit economics • Coordinate with the legal team on distributor agreements and other commercial contracts from negotiation to signature • Monitor markets and competitors • Report on the sales pipeline, negotiations, and financial performance to support regional business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• English and Chinese proficiency sufficient to independently conduct business negotiations with international partners • Hands-on experience negotiating and closing distribution agreements with partners across multiple international markets • Ability to work from CET+1 or a more easterly time zone, with sufficient overlap with partners in China and other Asian markets • Readiness to handle operational account management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and document flow • Strong understanding of margins and unit economics • Confident command of Excel or Google Sheets for commercial calculations, reporting, and partner performance tracking • Experience in e-commerce or consumer electronics and tech gadgets (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with international product certification (nice-to-have) • Understanding of Incoterms and international logistics (nice-to-have)
