📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and transition to operations • Develop project charters, work plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests • Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular updates to executive sponsors and client stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementation projects • Build relationships with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders • Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings • Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve issues • Coordinate implementation activities for healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, contact centre, and related service delivery programs • Facilitate operational readiness planning, training coordination, communication planning, and change management activities • Develop workflows and implementation strategies with clinical and operational leaders • Support integration of new services, technologies, and processes into existing operations • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, escalate critical issues, and drive resolution • Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports • Track project metrics and key performance indicators • Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify lessons learned • Contribute to project management methodologies, templates, and best practices • Support the growth and maturity of Fonemed's project management capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline • Recent project management experience leading complex client-facing projects • Experience managing large-scale software, technology, or service implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills • Experience managing schedules, risks, and project governance • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms • Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States • PMP or similar certification would be considered an asset • Change Management certification or experience (Prosci or similar) would be an asset • Experience within healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, digital health, or related technology environments would be considered an asset • Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance frameworks in Canada and/or the United States would be an asset
