📋 Description

• Lead medium and large-scale IT projects leveraging the Salesforce platform • Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope and estimate project budgets • Document and obtain client approval for project requirements • Plan projects from initiation to launch using agile methodologies • Lead scrum rituals including stand-ups, sprint planning and grooming, release planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams • Collaborate with resource management to ensure appropriate project staffing • Control, monitor, and report on project scope, budget, and schedule • Ensure systems adhere to quality requirements • Communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders • Mitigate project risks and resolve blockers • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain client satisfaction • Maintain project knowledge bases using Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana • Navigate client conversations regarding scope, budget, and schedule adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes • Minimum 5 years of project management experience • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on successful technical projects in a consulting environment • Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Salesforce or enterprise CRM knowledge (preferred) • Experience working in entrepreneurial and startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in challenging situations (preferred)
