📋 Description

• Support Sales Representatives with post-sale activities • Act as the primary customer support contact for assigned accounts • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Track customer orders and follow up on delivery timelines • Assist with renewals and contract follow-ups • Triage incoming customer complaints and determine appropriate resolution paths • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly • Maintain accurate CRM and case management records in MSD • Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions • Maintain customer profiles, interaction histories, and notes • Categorize and close cases/tickets within designated timeframes • Communicate proactively with customers and follow up on missing information • Assist with quotes, proposals, product literature, onboarding materials, and training planning • Identify recurring service issues and process inefficiencies and report trends to leadership • Recommend workflow, communication, and customer touchpoint improvements • Participate in team huddles and process improvement projects • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, pricing, and service changes • Share relevant product and promotional details with customers • Coordinate with marketing and sales enablement teams on current collateral • Track response times, resolution rates, satisfaction, and other KPIs • Share insights to improve service delivery and support outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles • Experience within healthcare or SaaS industries preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
