📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple digital and technology projects for federal government clients. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and project documentation. • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups. • Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies while proactively communicating project status. • Partner with technical leads and cross-functional teams to coordinate work and ensure high-quality delivery. • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders by providing clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and exceptional service. • Facilitate client meetings and prepare meeting summaries, status reports, and project deliverables. • Support contract execution by managing deliverables, scope changes, and project documentation aligned with Statements of Work (SOWs). • Collaborate with the Growth team on project estimates, proposals, and follow-on opportunities when appropriate. • Contribute to continuous improvements in delivery processes, project operations, and team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience supporting digital, technology, or consulting projects. • Experience managing projects for federal government clients or within a government contracting environment. • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. • Working knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies and Scrum practices. • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and client communications. • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. • U.S. Citizen, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is preferred.
