📋 Description

• Manage resources and deliverables for NERC Compliance scopes • Review RFPs and determine appropriate NERC Compliance scope and fees • Lead kick-off meetings and regular client meetings • Transition project design deliverables to NERC Compliance deliverables • Attend internal and external project calls to support technical discussions • Schedule, communicate, and update NERC Compliance deliverables • Set up and manage RFIs with clients and internal technical resources • Ensure resources and clients meet schedules and deadlines • Attend potential customer meetings and present Ulteig’s NERC Compliance services • Track customer comments and internal responses • Monitor evolving NERC Compliance standards and advise on impacts • Ensure quality checks and proper PE reviews are completed • Drive discussions about change orders, budgets, and project delays • Support special projects, colleagues, and new initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required from an ABET-accredited university or equivalent • Direct, hands-on experience managing projects that include NERC Compliance activities • Knowledge or exposure to power system modeling tools such as PSSE, PSCAD, and PSLF is a plus • Knowledge or exposure to substation protection and renewables is a plus • Strong industry knowledge • Analytical and self-motivated • Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, management, and external clients • Ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and high responsiveness • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills • Initiative and ability to identify new opportunities while understanding organizational risk • Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
